Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be excited about your Sweet Dish & Darling Candle. And will work diligently to meet or exceed your expectations if you should encounter any issues with your order.
Contact us here with your order number and your concerns within 7 days of receiving your shipment for all general concerns. See below if you've received any errors in your shipment or if your order arrives damaged.
If you've received an item that's different than that you've ordered
We'll accept new, unused product in its original condition up to 30 days after purchase. Contact us here with your order number and your concerns within 14 days after you've received your shipment. We accept new, unused product in its original condition up to 14 days after purchase. Upon receipt of your message, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label for the return of the mistaken item. Once we've processed your return we'll ship out the correct item from your order. Or if you'd prefer a refund in the original form of payment, we'll then issue you a refund based on the original amount charged to you (plus applicable shipping and taxes for that portion of your order).
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the Fragrance you've received
We want you to love your candle and we're happy to offer you an exchange or credit based on the value of the returned item. Contact us here with your order number and your concerns within 7 days after you've received your shipment. We'll send you instructions for your return. After we've received your returned item, we'll issue you a credit (less the cost of the return shipping) in the form of a Discount Code to be used on our online shop.
If you are unsure about which candle to purchase, we sell samples here for you to find one you love. If you are still unsure, come visit us at a show; we'll have lots of testers and we can help you find an item that you'll be excited about! Find a list of our upcoming shows here.
We pack each of your orders with love and care then send them off to you with some of the best delivery services... but sometimes people have bad days. If your item arrives cracked, chipped or smashed, please contact us immediately (within 5 days of delivery) for a full refund or replacement item.
We'll require a few photographs so we can open a claim with the delivery service and help our small business reclaim some of the costs of the original shipment.
